The apartments are primarily let off plan. Due to ongoing construction, no viewings are currently taking place. As soon as it is possible to view a show apartment, interested parties and tenants will be informed by email.
You can find the characteristics of the apartments directly in the offer on our website. We provide you with a floor plan of each apartment there, along with a brief description of the building. You can also get a further insight into your dream apartment on our website by taking a virtual tour. The apartments are rented unfurnished.
It is not yet possible to apply for an apartment. If you are interested in renting one of the apartments, please register directly under «Offer». As soon as the rental process starts, we will gladly contact you proactively.
Once the rental process has started, you can easily apply under «Offer». Please click on the «Jetzt bewerben» button next to the desired apartment. You will then be redirected to our digital application form. Please note that the entire registration process is fully digital.
The online form will guide you through the application process. In addition to the form, we need an extract from the Debt Collection Register (not older than 3 months) and a digital copy of your passport or ID card or residence permit. Other documents such as payslips, application letters etc. can also be uploaded as an option.
The process usually takes less than one working week from the time the application is received until feedback is provided. Please note that in exceptional cases the process may take a little longer.
The «reserved» status means that we have already been able to give positive feedback to someone else’s application or that a rental contract has already been sent. If the prospective tenant withdraws, we will immediately adjust the status on the website. You are welcome to apply for an alternative apartment or to check the offer list again in the next few days to see if your preferred apartment is available again.

Rejections are sent automatically after the application has been checked. There may be several reasons for a rejection. Please ensure that your gross income is less than 33% of the rent. A valid form of identification (passport or national identity card) and a valid extract from the debt collection register must also be submitted with your application.
The move-in dates for each building are shown on our website. Renting an apartment on a different date is not possible. As 13 apartments per building will be completed on the same date, a handover and relocation plan will be drawn up. This will be communicated to you in advance so that you can plan your relocation efficiently.
